A little bit about us:
Sam and I enjoy traveling and quality family time. In addition to raising our four kids and four dogs we both own businesses which demand a lot of time and focus. I am broker in charge of Greenwood Realty Inc. with two office locations and 25 agents. Sam manages Retro Brand officially licensed apparel, SIMTEX International and Bay Island Sportswear which manufactures apparel for global distribution. When we have the rare opportunity to enjoy quality time with each other and our kids we head to the Mountains or Lake Greenwood for cherished family memories.
Location is always our 1st consideration when purchasing vacation rentals because we know we can change everything but the location... and rest assured we always renovate our properties with the finest finishes and touches that make our stay as special as we want yours to be!
